By registering for RASOF training, I agree to pay the given amount as stated in the registration process per child per session before the session begins.

There are no refunds once you are accepted and attend the first training. Rain dates will be made up at a future date to be decided.

I, the parent/guardian of the player/registrant, agree that I and the player/registrant will abide by the rules of Ralph Akale School of Futball (RASOF).

I, the parent/guardian of the player/registrant, recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for being allowed to participate in RASOF, I hereby release, discharge, and/or otherwise indemnify RASOF, its affiliated sponsors, employees, and associated personnel against any claims by or on-the-behalf of the registrant.

I agree that RASOF may take photographs/videos of my child while attending Ralph Akale School of Futball (RASOF) training sessions, and use them with or without my or my child’s name for any lawful purpose, including publicity, advertising and Web content.
